The brand ARHUB, developed by a Swiss company, Security Alarms & Co., offers solutions to effectively protect homes by alerting owner and triggering alarm before something unusual happens.
Founded in 1989, Security Alarms & Co. has built solid reputation for designing an innovative security system, originally called Alerte Rouge. The home security alarm system solves problems faced by the traditional home security systems. Indeed, alarm is triggered before door or window is opened by detecting all « infrasonic » noises that is to say, inaudible to human or almost. The detection of the intrusion triggers loud siren and alerts the owner. Simple and affordable solution consists of a single device that covers the entire surface of a house. The home security system can be easily placed in a new house or an apartment without major installation. In addition, the alarm is not triggered in the presence of animals, which allows pets to roam free without being disturbed. The innovative system seduced Natalya Lopareva, new director of the company.
A fresh start
In 2015, with the change of directors, the Alerte Rouge system has had a new look. The small family business has turned into an innovative start-up and is growing internationally. Mother of two children, who has worked for large companies around the globe, Natalya Lopareva has brought her expertise and her protective tropism. Passionate about new technologies, and yet with little experience in the field, she has learned a lot, including how to code. Most importantly, in order to know the customers’ needs, she launched an extensive survey of its customers before introducing products on the market. Redesigned, the Alerte Rouge box, now called AR6000c, is now connected and controlled via smartphone, without compromising users’ privacy.
At the cutting edge of innovation
Security Alarms & Co. developed an intelligent algorithm that analyses different communication networks available and chooses the most secure. It can be 3G, Wi-Fi or local network. This multi-channel technology allows the box to be always connected and to secure communication with the user. The ARHUB box is controlled by an application and a dashboard, which gives the user the possibility to control it at any time, even without a smartphone. In order for customer data to always be safe, the company has built its own server, ARCORE, located in Switzerland. An intelligent system encrypts data transmission over the network, whether it is online or not. Security Alarms & Co. even provides its own multi-operator SIM cards that can connect to most available networks globally. In other words, everything is done to ensure that the user is always safe.
Simplified security
Thanks to small remote control, the ARTAG, alarm can be activated automatically when we leave home and deactivated when we come back, while a function also allows to locate our keys. In addition to the home security alarm system, the ARCAM camera has also been developed. It also seeks to answer the problems posed by the previous systems. Able to rotate 360° remotely, the ARCAM is managed by the dedicated application. Data is stored locally at no additional cost and can also be stored on a cloud. Security Alarms & Co. now plans to distribute its three main products across Europe and worldwide: ARHUB, ARTAG and ARCAM. Three systems created in just 3 years by a team of 4 people without external investment. After Switzerland, Security Alarms & Co. products will progressively win over France and then Germany, with the aim of becoming the European leader and worldwide recognised in the integrated home automation solutions.
